The opportunity of gender equality
I first met Pauling Crawford-Omps in London at least 10 years ago, and even though she’s now living in the United States we’ve kept in touch and become good friends. Whenever we talk I’ve been struck by how relaxing the conversation is, even on difficult (complex) topics. Pauline says “My vision is a world where we all become tuned into our valuable differences, we pull together rather than against each other” and who would disagree with that!
Pauline is eager to engage with male leaders in business to teach them more about her Gender Dynamics Map (and it’s extraordinarily insightful) and it’s power to align men and women in this mission. I want to spread the word to support her work.
She and I had this conversation recently, which will start to give you a flavour of the way she works and thinks about the complexities of gender differences.
