Build a better speaking business.
Your Business AuditThis audit looks at the 5 key areas of any speaking business and lets you assess your own performance. It’s quick to complete and helps speakers, whatever their business model, to prioritise the actions they need to take first ti gets the best result they can from their actions. Don’t worry if speaking is only a part of your business model the audit will build a better (rest of your) business too
Business Clarity ModelThe Business clarity model allows you to map the key aspects of your business model on to a single piece of paper. By doing this you start to identify inconsistencies, and gaps. That helps you to clarify your brand story, make it consistent, deliver great results to your clients and make your business more efficient
I hope to be able to continue the conversation we started in the PSA at one of the events I run, (or, of course, at a future PSA event). Join me for a relaxed agenda-free, networking event every month at the First Friday Working Lunch at Vapiano, Great Portland Street, in Central London starting at Noon and running until 5pm. Come when you like, leave when you must, and no attendance fee. Before that I run a short Business Insight session (“Buist” your business) aimed at helping you to get more value into your business, It starts at 11:15 and runs for about 30 minutes. I also run an invitation-only supper club called “Champions of the Quaich” which meets 3 to 4 times a year for an evening of fine food wine and conversation. Please ask me for details. Three times a year I go net-walking, with a group of business people to explore the country, and the insights that being in the open air can bring. You’ll find details of all the events by clicking the button below.
